3D Modeling & Texturing Artist

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and creative 3D Modeling & Texturing Artist to join the SYNOVATIVE team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, realistic textures, and detailed materials for architectural visualization and real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Blender, a good understanding of 3D modeling techniques, UV mapping, material creation, and realistic texturing.

What you'll do

• Create high-quality 3D models for architectural visualization and real estate projects
• Develop realistic textures, materials and shaders for 3D assets
• Perform UV unwrapping and UV mapping for accurate texture application
• Set up PBR materials to achieve realistic surfaces and finishes
• Create and refine detailed models based on architectural drawings, references and project requirements

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• 3D modelling
• Any graduate
