About the role

As a Procurement Team Member, you’ll handle everything from processing purchase requisitions to running spot‑buy RFQs, always with an eye on speed, cost, and quality. You’ll support both direct and indirect material buys, resolve supplier queries through our helpdesk, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to keep operations running without interruption.

What you'll do

• Support both direct and indirect material buys, resolve supplier queries through our helpdesk
• Drive Spot‑Buy Activities: Send RFQs and enquiries to suppliers, collect and evaluate quotations, conduct comparative bid analyses
• Resolve Queries & Support Users: Serve as a procurement helpdesk contact, tackling supplier and internal user questions swiftly and accurately
• Coordinate with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to align on timelines, specifications, and priorities
• Ensure Compliance & Data Integrity: Follow procurement policies and processes to the letter
