Time management skills 1-3 Years Accounts Receivable- Collection experience preferred. Team player (Working in Dept. with a staff of 11) Ability to learn quickly. Contact customers with past due accounts to collect outstanding balances. Monitor accounts receivables aging and prioritize collections efforts based on account aging.

What you'll do

• Monitor accounts receivables aging and prioritize collections efforts based on account aging
• Maintain accurate and up -to -date collections records in the accounting system
• Prepare and distribute collections related reports and analyses for management
• Assist in month end and year end close processes
