Responsible for day to day Operations management Ability to develop and maintain client relationship and coordinate with other stakeholders Providing coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance Periodic client reporting and conducting quality audits Should have strong knowledge of General Accounting, Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable processes Ability to identify inefficient/ineffective processes and develops recommendations to enhance controls and efficiency.
