4767 - Associate Director - Strategic Finance

About the role

We're hiring an Sr. Manager to be the senior voice in the room for Finance Business Partnering — the person functional leaders turn to when a budget number, a headcount ask, or a business case needs a real answer, not just a report. This is not an execution role.

What you'll do

• Embedded partnership with R&D, GTM, Customer Success, and G&A — budget discussions, headcount planning, spend optimization, resource allocation
• Own business cases and project economics for new initiatives, and defend them in front of functional and finance leadership
• Independently run recurring budget and performance conversations with functional heads — not just prepare the materials for someone else to present
• Strategic & Analytical Judgment
• Unit economics and profitability analysis to support initiative evaluation and ROI decisions

What you need

• 6–8 yrs of experience
• CFA
• Reporting
• MIS reporting
• Customer success
• Forecasting
• Chartered Accountant or CFA or MBA

Good to have

• FP&A
