About the role
The Quality Nurse is responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of nursing care, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and applicable healthcare accreditation requirements.
What you'll do
- Monitor nursing practices and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and SOPs
- Conduct regular nursing audits and maintain quality documentation
- Ensure compliance with NABH standards and patient safety guidelines
- Monitor infection prevention and control practices
- Track and analyze quality indicators, incidents, and near-miss reports
