About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Academic Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have prior experience in education or immigration consulting. You will play a key role in guiding students toward the right career and educational opportunities.

What you'll do

• Counsel prospective students and professionals regarding courses, career paths, and learning solutions
• Handle inbound and outbound leads, and convert inquiries into enrollments
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and nurture relationships
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
• Achieve individual and team sales targets

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• CRM
• Communication
• Any graduate
