About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven academic advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key Inside Sales Executive , managing a substantial volume of daily calls.

What you'll do

  • Achieve a daily Key Result Area (KRA) of 150 calls with a focus on 85 meaningful conversations and a total talk time of 2 hours 30 minutes
  • Build and oversee the lead pipeline for our multidisciplinary education programs, serving MBA senior executives and top management professionals
  • Provide in-depth and tailored information to interested executives inquiring about our comprehensive leadership development programs via phone and email
  • Ensure real-time updates of lead discussions and related details on our advanced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
