Academic Counsellor

About the role

We are looking for an Academic Counsellor who can manage student enquiries and convert prospective learners into course enrollments. The role involves counselling students and working professionals about IT courses while understanding their career goals and recommending suitable programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a sales-oriented approach with experience in education counselling or training institute admissions.

What you'll do

• Handle student enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, website forms and other lead channels
• Understand the student's educational background and career goals to recommend relevant IT courses
• Conduct course counselling sessions and explain course curriculum, duration, fees, class schedule, projects and placement support
• Follow up with prospective students regularly and convert qualified leads into admissions
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the CRM

What you need
