About the role

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Academic Counsellor who will manage both walk-in (offline) and online student inquiries. The role involves counselling students and parents

What you'll do

  • Counsel walk-in students and parents at the centre regarding courses, programs, and
  • Convert walk-in inquiries into admissions through effective counselling and relationship
  • Handle online leads through calls, follow-ups, and cold calling
  • Guide prospective students and address their queries to drive conversions
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure closure

What you need

  • 1–4 yrs of experience
  • Counselling
  • CRM
  • Communication
  • Any graduate
