About the role

The Access Field Manager is accountable for developing and implementing state-level access strategies and partnerships that address priority access barriers and support healthcare system evolution.

What you'll do

  • Co-create market access initiatives with government institutions and health administrations
  • Assess patient journeys and remove access barriers through health system strengthening
  • Identify innovative access channels for reimbursed beneficiaries
  • Develop strategic and tactical access plans aligned to the portfolio
  • Deliver health system solutions, disease awareness initiatives, and pathway creation programs
