Account Consultant , Financial Deduction Vendor Consultant Program

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Deductions (FD) Consultant to join our team. The FD Consultant is a strategic role that combines financial analysis, vendor management, and process optimization responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Manage and optimize the FD VCP program vendor portfolio, focusing on key performance metrics such as ISR, PPV
• Conduct comprehensive financial data analysis to identify deduction patterns and root causes through thorough auditing and utilization of internal systems
• Prepare and distribute detailed reports to all levels of stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of findings and insights
• Lead Kaizen sessions, manage cross-functional communications, and handle escalations while providing regular updates to vendors and senior management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, develop comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and actively participate in Correction of Error (COE) processes
