About the role

The Account Director – CRM – MRD will drive market success for ServiceNow's CRM and Industry Workflow solutions across Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution industries, with an additional responsibility to identify and develop CRM opportunities within the Global Capability Centre (GCC) ecosystem.
