About the role

The Account Executive role supports Account Management and Sales efforts for SaaS clients in corporate & legal compliance, AML/KYC and financial services markets. This role helps maintain client dashboards, usage metrics, presentations, renewal tracking, and client communications.

What you'll do

Support Account Management and Sales with client demos, account notes, platform usage data, reporting
Schedule and lead client follow-up meetings to review program health and status
Track client usage, maintain account inventories, and support timely billing for overages
Help resolve billing inquiries in partnership with Finance and Accounts teams
Support ongoing client accounts, including renewals, check-ins, solution changes, tailored proposals, and renewal documentation
