About the role

The role will work closely with Business, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Vendors, and Accounts Payable to support seamless client contract execution, invoice processing, and timely payments. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client contracts, from initiation through execution and archival Conduct thorough reviews of contract documentation and coordinate internal approvals with relevant stakeholders

What you'll do

  • Work closely with Business, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Vendors, and Accounts Payable to support seamless client contract execution, invoice processing
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client contracts, from initiation through execution and archival
  • Conduct thorough reviews of contract documentation and coordinate internal approvals with relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to meet strict contract execution timelines and business commitments
  • Track contract milestones, amendments, renewals, and expirations

What you need
