Account Executive - Key Accounts (India)

About the role

You will turn initial deployments at leading Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Power, Cement and Metals companies into multi-plant, multi-year partnerships, working hand in hand with Customer Success, Delivery and Product.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain account plans for every key account: org and relationship maps, whitespace, risks and a 12-month expansion path
• Build trusted relationships with CXOs, Plant Heads, and Reliability, Maintenance and Operations leaders
• Partner with Customer Success and Delivery to drive adoption and quantify value delivered (downtime avoided, maintenance cost, energy savings)
• Open new business units and sister companies within the same industrial groups
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing and contracting for expansions and renewals

What you need

• 10–15 yrs of experience
• CRM

• B2B sales

• B.Tech or B.E.
