About the role

In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients, helping businesses achieve predictable and sustainable revenue growth. You will act as a strategic partner to founders, executives, and sales leaders, translating their commercial objectives into effective growth strategies. Working with an established outbound engine combining software, AI, and operational expertise, you will coordinate campaign execution and drive measurable results.

What you'll do

• As an Account Manager and B2B Growth Consultant, you will take full ownership of your client portfolio, combining strategic consulting, relationship management
• Lead strategic workshops with clients to define target audiences, positioning, messaging, and growth objectives
• Develop tailored B2B acquisition strategies aligned with each client's business model and commercial priorities
• Coordinate campaign implementation with internal teams responsible for technical execution
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and identify actionable opportunities for continuous improvement
