Account Manager - Business Development (Healthcare & Life Sciences)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the growth of MedIQ, 1Lattice's healthcare intelligence and data platform, across the Indian healthcare ecosystem. This is a high-impact, client-facing role responsible for driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition, account expansion, and strategic relationship management.

What you'll do

• Drive end-to-end business development for MedIQ, including new customer acquisition, account growth, and revenue generation
• Own and deliver against revenue, pipeline, and business development targets
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across hospitals, healthcare chains, diagnostic networks, healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including CXOs, Hospital Administrators, Business Heads, Medical Directors, Procurement Heads
• Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate MedIQ's value proposition to prospective clients
