Account Manager - Client Servicing

About the role

Understand client briefs and coordinate with creative, strategy, studio, production and other internal teams for timely delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day servicing and coordination for mainline advertising campaigns across print, TV, outdoor and other brand communication requirements
• Develop clear briefs, timelines, status reports and presentation decks
• Support campaign planning and execution from brief through final release
• Manage client feedback, revisions, approvals and follow-ups while maintaining quality and timelines
• Coordinate estimates, production requirements and campaign deliverables with relevant stakeholders

What you need

• 3–4 yrs of experience
• Customer service
• Communication
• Any graduate
