Account Manager Director

About the role

In this role you will ensure we deliver accurate, timely, commercially sound proposals and excellent client partnership across healthcare market research engagements. This role is for you if you’re a strong people leader who can raise the bar on proposal quality, pricing discipline, and operational execution—while building a team culture that is smart, nice, and gets things done.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the India-based Account Management and Bidding & Feasibility Analyst teams
• Own and continuously improve the end-to-end bidding and feasibility process to increase speed, accuracy, and win rate while protecting margin
• Ensure proposals are scoped correctly, priced competitively, and aligned with profitability targets and delivery realities
• Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Project Management/Delivery, Operations, Finance) to ensure seamless handoffs and strong execution from bid to launch
• Implement process improvements, templates, and quality controls that reduce rework and improve consistency across proposals and client communications
