Account Manager - Enterprise Sales (India)

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager – Sales who will be responsible for managing and growing HackerEarth's existing customer portfolio in India. This is primarily a farming role . Your focus will be on building strong relationships with existing customers, driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, increasing account penetration, and ensuring that customers continue to see measurable value from HackerEarth's solutions.

What you'll do

• Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, HR leaders, Talent Acquisition leaders, and business leaders within customer organizations
• Drive renewals, retention, upselling, and cross-selling across your portfolio
• Develop strategic account plans for key customers and build a predictable expansion pipeline for the month, quarter, and year
• Conduct regular account reviews and business discussions with customers to understand satisfaction, challenges, adoption, and expansion opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams including Customer Success, Product, Solutions, Finance, and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience
