Account Manager, India Sales (based in Mumbai)

About the role

Are you passionate about driving sales and leveraging your relationships and skills to connect luxury member hotels with premium clients in the travel trade, group, and corporate segments? As the Account Manager, India Sales, you will join our Global Sales team and report to the Director, India.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel partners, key accounts, and member hotels to grow market share and revenue
• Conduct account reviews and develop data-driven sales strategies aligned to business objectives and market opportunities
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure effective execution of sales initiatives
• Experience using CRM systems and sales technology tools
