Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Accounts Manager with 10–12 years of experience in the Real Estate & Construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, banking, project-wise accounting, statutory compliance, audits, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

• A. Accounting & Financial Management
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
• Review and supervise the preparation of journal entries, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, vendor/customer reconciliations, and trial balances
• Ensure proper accounting of revenue, expenses, advances, capital expenditure, loans, and other financial transactions
• Manage project-wise accounting, cost allocation, and financial tracking for ongoing and completed real estate projects

What you need
