Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented B.Com Graduate to manage employee reimbursement processes and support day-to-day accounting activities. The candidate will be responsible for verifying employee expense claims, ensuring proper documentation, processing reimbursements, and maintaining accurate records.

What you'll do

• Review and process employee reimbursement claims in a timely manner
• Verify bills, invoices, receipts, approvals, and supporting documents
• Ensure expenses are in accordance with company policies and reimbursement guidelines
• Check expense claims for accuracy, duplicate submissions, and missing information
• Coordinate with employees and respective departments regarding reimbursement queries
