Accountant - Lease Accounting

What you'll do

• Ensure lease data and documentation are complete, accurate, and up to date, identifying and resolving missing or inconsistent information
• Prepare and communicate monthly lease accounting journal entries to site locations for local posting and financial reporting purposes
• Perform monthly lease accounting reconciliations, including payment clearing accounts, and investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to address reconciliation variances and ensure compliance with lease accounting requirements
• Prepare quarterly lease accounting reports and disclosures to support financial and regulatory reporting requirements
