Accounting Assistant I

About the role

This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the India region Managed Services team. The Manager of Managed Services will report directly to the Senior Director of Support in India, with dotted lines to Managed Services Practice Leaders in NA, EMEA, and APAC.

What you'll do

• Data entry – keying checks into software
• Data entry – keying budgets into software
• Data entry – keying payables into software
• Preparing financial reporting packages

What you need

• 1–2 yrs of experience
• Accounting
• Financial reporting
• US GAAP
• Month-end close
• Excel
• Reconciliation
• B.Com
