Accounting Manager - Global Intercompany Specialist

Lead day-to-day coordination of global intercompany reconciliation, clearing and settlement across a network of more than 90 intercompany relationships.

What you'll do

• Intercompany reconciliation and resolution
• Maintain a global register of intercompany relationships, currencies, balance types, accountable contacts, ageing and unresolved differences
• Reconcile and confirm reciprocal balances and transactions
• Investigate mismatches and coordinate corrections with entity accounting, regional finance and shared-service teams
• Track aged and disputed items, agree resolution owners and deadlines, and escalate unresolved blockers to Shelby
