Accounting Manager

About the role

As the Accounting Manager for the business, you will own, lead, and scale the accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack accounting, including end-to-end responsibilities across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Revenue Accounting, Invoicing, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Leases etc. and Month-End Closures processes and systems to support Hippocratic AI’s next growth stage.

What you'll do

• Own the Accounting Function & Financial Close
• Manage the end-to-end accounting function, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Lead day-to-day accounting and the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
• Own financial compliance and deliverables for all global entities, including close, reporting, and consolidation
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, with complete reconciliations and supporting documentation
