Accounting Manager

About the role

You will ensure accurate and timely statutory and US GAAP reporting while maintaining strong controls and compliance. This hands-on leadership role includes ownership of accounting operations, financial reporting, forecasting, audits, and regulatory compliance. You will also drive the transition of accounting activities in-house, streamline processes, and build scalable ways of working.

What you'll do

• Own the India entity's month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, ensuring accurate, complete
• Lead end-to-end accounting operations for the Gurgaon entity, ensuring strong accounting discipline, effective processes, and timely resolution of issues
• Prepare and review US GAAP and statutory financial statements and management reporting, providing clear insights to Corporate Accounting and business leadership
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the India entity, partnering with stakeholders to develop accurate outlooks and identify key business drivers
• Deliver cash flow, variance, and other financial analysis, translating results into actionable insights and proactively highlighting risks, trends, and opportunities
