Accounting Specialist

About the role

As an Accounting Specialist, you'll support day-to-day accounting operations with a focus on billing, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and recordkeeping. You'll work remotely with a structured process, clear expectations, and support from experienced teams. This role is ideal if you like order, systems, and knowing your work directly supports business success.

What you'll do

• Billing & Accounts Receivable
• Create and send customer invoices accurately and on time
• Track outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts
• Help ensure receivables are collected in a timely manner
• Enter invoices, payments, and expenses into QuickBooks

• 1–4 yrs of experience
