Accounts & Finance Head – Real Estate

About the role

The Accounts & Finance Head will oversee the financial health of the organization, ensuring accurate accounting, compliance, financial planning, and strategic decision-making. This role is critical in managing project finances, cash flow, and regulatory compliance specific to the real estate sector.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the accounts and finance department
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for projects
• Monitor cash flow, fund management, and project-wise financial tracking
• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Handle taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and ensure compliance with statutory regulations

What you need

• 8–15 yrs of experience
