Accounts Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to join our finance team in Udaipur, India. In this role, you will provide essential support to our accounting department, working collaboratively with senior team members to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

What you'll do

• Process and verify invoices in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Assist with accounts payable operations, including invoice entry, verification, and coordination with vendors
• Support accounts receivable functions, including invoice preparation, payment processing, and follow-up on outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes
• Perform data entry tasks with meticulous attention to detail, minimizing errors and ensuring data integrity
