Accounts Executive (Accounts Receivable)

About the role

As an Accounts Executive (Accounts Receivable), you will play an important role in supporting Civica's global finance operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring customer accounts are accurately maintained, cash receipts are allocated efficiently, and finance processes are delivered in line with agreed service levels.

What you'll do

• Accurately allocate and post customer cash receipts within agreed SLAs and KPIs
• Review, code and prepare remittance advices for processing
• Prepare cashbooks and support daily cash allocation activities
• Produce daily cash allocation and cash receipt reports
• Process customer account amendments and maintain accurate master data records

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Accounts receivable
• Excel
• MBA

• NetSuite
