Accounts Executive - Enterprise (India Market)

About the role

As a Account Executive at Keka, you'll Win and grow enterprise customers by solving HR leaders' real problems with Keka's HRMS, from first conversation to signed contract. You'll work with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to turn customer needs into solutions that get delivered. In your first year, success means building a healthy enterprise pipeline and consistently meeting or exceeding your revenue targets.

What you'll do

• Own the enterprise sales cycle end to end, from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closure
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to deliver customer commitments and shared outcomes
• Improve pipeline growth and conversion rates by running sharper discovery, consistent follow-ups and accurate CRM tracking
• Mentor and support junior sales team members where relevant
• Manage proposals, pricing discussions, RFPs/RFQs/RFIs and contract negotiations to close new business
