About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive responsible for managing purchase invoices, ensuring accurate booking, and maintaining proper documentation and compliance.

What you'll do

  • Verify, book, and process all purchase invoices in the accounting system
  • Ensure invoices are matched with purchase orders and supporting documents
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all payable transactions
  • Handle vendor queries related to invoices and payments
  • Assist in payment processing and scheduling
