Accounts Executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our finance team at Inc42 Media. This role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and supporting financial controls across the organization.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime
• Book bank statements, payment gateway transactions, credit card transactions, and vendor expenses
• Maintain accurate ledgers and ensure proper accounting documentation
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and yearly book closures
• Reconciliation & Financial Controls

What you need

• 2–3 yrs of experience
• GST
• Reconciliation
