Accounts Executive

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.), and maintain accurate financial records using ZOHO, Tally ERP . The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate accounting or similar industries and a strong understanding of Indian taxation laws.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Zoho / Tally
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, bank reconciliation statements, and journal entries
• Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently
• Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and MIS reports
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and ensure reconciliation with books

What you need

• 2–6 yrs of experience
• GST
• TDS
• Tally
• Accounting
• Financial reporting
• Excel
• CA Intermediate or Chartered Accountant
