Accounts Manager (EPC Industry)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with 4–7 years of relevant experience to independently manage Finance & Accounts operations for an EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) business. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, project/site accounting, vendor management, banking, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, cash-flow management, BG/LC, working capital, MIS and financial reporting .

What you'll do

• Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, outstanding balances and account reconciliation
• Manage vendor payment processing and payment coordination
• Prepare and maintain tender-related financial documentation and supporting records
• Coordinate GST, TDS and other statutory compliance requirements
• Monitor cash flow, fund requirements and fund arrangements for ongoing projects
