About the role

Lead Payroll Governance - Oversee end-to-end payroll operations and designated overseas operations, including twice-monthly payroll processing, payroll reviews, reconciliations, employee settlements and timely payment of payroll-related statutory liabilities. New labour code knowledge would be added advantage.

What you'll do

• Lead Payroll Governance - Oversee end-to-end payroll operations and designated overseas
• Manage Direct and Indirect Tax Compliance - Own the tax compliance framework , including
• Lead Transfer Pricing and APA Compliance - Manage transfer pricing requirements including intercompany
• Oversee STPI & RBI and Export Regulatory Compliance - Manage STPI/Non-STPI, RBI and SOFTEX-related
• Maintain Financial Controls and Audit Readiness - Establish and maintain effective controls, reconciliations
