Accounts Payable Analyst (Invoice Processing - P2P)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Analyst with a strong focus on invoice processing, accruals, and month-end close activities. The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts payable operations, ensuring invoices are processed accurately, coded correctly, and posted within established timelines.

What you'll do

• Match supplier invoices to the relevant PO and ensure that the goods/services have been received before they are paid
• Enter invoices into the accounting system and ensure proper documentation is provided
• When processing purchases on behalf of another group entity to input the matching intercompany transactions
• Suggest ways to improve controls and processes
• Supporting internal and external audits
