Accounts Payable Coordinator - Night Shift

What you'll do

• The Shared Service Coordinator - Accounts Payable, is responsible for managing and processing the organisation's accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
• This role supports timely payments to suppliers, ensures proper reconciliation of accounts, and adheres to internal controls and health & safety standards
• Process supplier invoices, including matching, coding, data entry, and reconciliation, in compliance with company policies and timelines
• Manage the Accounts Payable inbox, ensuring timely responses and actions on all incoming queries and requests
• Perform monthly reconciliations of supplier statements and follow up on outstanding items or discrepancies
