About the role

WM serves nearly 25 million customers in residential, commercial, industrial and municipal markets throughout North America through a network of collection operations, transfer stations, landfills, recycling facilities and waste-based energy production projects. Under supervision audit and reconcile vendor invoices

What you'll do

• Perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by department
• Reconciles & audits exception-based invoices with the highest level of accuracy & Speed
• Ensures that vendors are paid in accordance with open accounts payable
• Pays invoices correctly or passes to appropriate personnel for dispute resolution
• Assists in keeping vendor accounts updated and accurate
