What you'll do

• Work directly with New York-based AP Managers and other HPS Accounts Payable professionals to ensure that all amounts due are verified
• Approval of invoices with HPS vendor managers
• Accurate processing of invoice data in HPS’s Workday ERP
• Construction of accurate and well supported allocation files
• Verification of supplier details to ensure proper payment processing
