Accounts Receivable and Collections Support ( QUICK Books and NetSuite Experience only)

About the role

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing financial records, communicating with clients regarding outstanding payments, and assisting in streamlining the collections process. This role is crucial for maintaining our financial health and ensuring that our customer accounts are in good standing.

What you'll do

• Manage and track accounts receivable for multiple clients, ensuring timely payments and communication regarding outstanding invoices
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to collect outstanding payments, utilizing a variety of communication methods including email and phone
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, highlighting overdue accounts and collections progress
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies in payment records and maintain accurate financial data
• Implement and maintain an organized filing system for all accounts receivable documents and correspondence
