About the role

Monitor and manage aging reports to identify overdue accounts. Initiate collection calls, emails, and follow‑ups to ensure timely payment. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and commitments. Escalate delinquent accounts as per company policy. Review customer credit limits and payment history.

• Provide account statements, invoices, and required documentation upon request
