Acquisition Administrator (Bangalore)

About the role

The Acquisition Administrator provides the coordination and administrative support behind this work. You will carry out customer research, schedule workshops and meetings, make sure everything is prepared in advance, and track each account's progress, supporting progression. Complete the customer research for each target account and make sure materials and attendees are in place before each workshop and meeting.

What you'll do

• Schedule customer workshops for each target account, coordinating account teams and GVM Acquisition Consultants across time zones
• Carry out customer research for each target account using established tools and the defined process
• Make sure research outputs and pre-read materials are complete and shared with attendees before each workshop
• Capture workshop outputs and actions, and log them in the tracker
• Send post-workshop summaries and confirm owners and dates for next steps
