About the role

The Acquisition Manager – Business Banking is responsible for driving the growth of the deposit base and cross-selling financial products to business banking customers. This role involves managing branch operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and achieving profitability targets. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience in retail liabilities, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of financial markets and instruments.

What you'll do

• Responsible for driving the growth of the deposit base and cross-selling financial products to business banking customers
• Drive cross-selling of non-deposit products including mutual funds, insurance, and other third-party offerings
• Generate fee income through effective product penetration and customer engagement
• Ensure high standards of customer service and operational delivery at the branch
• Oversee branch administration and ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance norms
