About the role

The Acquisition Manager - Sales is responsible for sourcing and acquiring new customers for the bank's liability and asset products. The role involves generating leads, building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high-quality customer onboarding while complying with organizational policies and regulatory guidelines.

What you'll do

• Acquire new customers for Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, and other banking products
• Generate business through field visits, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and local market activities
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the bank
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
