Ad Operations Management

About the role

Every month, category teams close brand and category-level monetization commitments. Today the gap between that commitment and a live creative on the app is held together manually, which leads to fill rate inefficiencies. You will own that gap end to end. You are the single person who can answer, on any given day: what is booked, what is live, what is under-delivering, and what inventory is still open.

What you'll do

• Convert brand and category commitments into a dated, slot-level execution plan across every monetization touchpoint
• Translate each brand's committed value into a specific asset mix- which surfaces, which slots, how many days
• Maintain the inventory calendar: a date × asset view of what is booked, what is allocated to ad-ops, and what is still open
• Resolve contention when two brands want the same premium slot on the same day, and flag over-commitment early rather than at go-live
• Build in city, cohort and daypart targeting where the surface supports it, and sequence launches
