About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Ad Operations Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, paid performance advertising, and media operations. The role requires strong ad operations experience, tracking, analytics and good communication skills.

What you'll do

• Be responsible for ensuring smooth campaign execution,tracking, media operations and troubleshooting issues
• Set up and execute ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and programmatic platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting in Marketo, SFDC, etc
• Optimize campaigns using A/B testing, budget pacing, and industry best practices to maximize performance
• Maintain organized records of creative assets, campaign proposals, and execution plans while identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Generate and test ad tags for campaign launches while monitoring key metrics like CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
